The "Saba-ru KW300" is a forearm support walking aid that can be safely used with just one handle, serving three functions: an assist lever for standing up, a brake, and a gripping bar for walking. With its wide elbow support platform (forearm support), it can bear body weight, allowing for long walks without fatigue, and promotes good posture during walking rehabilitation. Additionally, it is possible to attach an optional IV pole and oxygen tank holder.
